Our tentative time frame is to establish market viability and political support during this year and next, and to get planning and purchase arrangements underway in 2007-2008. We hope to be able to buy the land when it comes on the market in two or three years, start site improvements about 2010, and to begin selling homes in 2011. The Condominiums will have a monthly Homeowners' Association fee ranging from $196 for the studio to $310 for the six bedrooms. The fee covers maintenance and many amenities (see Features section below).
